Pilates Sheen is a small independent Pilates studio within the Apples & Bees shop on Sheen Lane. They are offering personal Pilates training and have some availability for new clients as the studio opens again from 25th July. The sessions are 55 minutes long and cost £65 per session or £300 for 5 sessions.

It is an equipment studio so it is suitable for elite athletes, youths, those rehabilitating injuries and the elderly. All of the instructors are very experienced and can tailor a programme to your specific needs.
